Parent: Understanding how things work, Language issues, SEI students being placed with teachers who do not speak their language (Kenny for Vietnamese, Jackson-Mann for Chinese).  Welcome Center, SpEd, ELL
Teacher: Staffing, Placement of veteran teachers who worked specifically with AA students, teachers who do not have training or endorsement, meeting the needs of SEI students.

Murphy (31.6%) and Kenny (19.8%) really low APA teacher populations (5.4%, 3.9%)
K-8 SpEd 0.56% (180 staff total)
6-8 ESL and SpEd 0% (36 total)
0% AA Staff in Alternative Programs (197 total)
Charlestown SpEd 
Mather SpEd (31.6% Asian students total, 7.6% teachers)
