Charter Cap Discussion:
3 ways supporters are trying to lift the charter cap - legislation, lawsuit, and ballot questions
Similar concerns: most people don’t know enough of what the impact will be.
We need to be more informed and to educate ourselves about this issue.
Charter cap will mostly impact urban schools. 
Should MAAEA plan an event to raise awareness of this issue?
