MAAEA Meeting Friday August 19, 2016 Katie and Go’s House 5:00PM - 7:00PM Agenda Check-In Announcements Structure Goals for 2016-2017 Collaboration with DOT-i Announcements: Quincy August Moon Fest - Canvass for No on 2 (Sunday August 21 - lion dancing at 11) Vietnamese August Moon Fest - Fields’ Corner - Towns Field - August 27 MAAEA Structure for 2016-2017: Different members focus on different areas of work (see below) Core group of MAAEA members makes decisions Core members - should be willing to commit to more than just attendance Core members can make decisions outside of the monthly meeting To make decisions - e-mail core members To consult membership - e-mail list serve If a member wants to propose a project for MAAEA - need to be approved by more than 50% of the core.
